ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & QUALIFICATIONS
1. Open to all legal business entities incorporated in Malaysia and overseas (i.e. Sole Proprietorship,
Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership, Private Limited and Limited).
2. The company and directors have no ongoing adverse remarks (i.e. summons, writs, bankruptcy
records, winding up, petition, foreclosure, legal issues / proceedings or ongoing cases for criminal
breach of trust).
3. Number of winners will be based on the performance of nomination entries. Where there are no
deserving companies in a category, there wil be no winners.

• A fully completed nomination form and bank in slip to be emailed to enquiry@langawards.com.
The form can be photocopied fi more are needed (download from website).
• Accompany profile should include the company logo, introduction, principal activity, core value,
strategy, accomplishments, future plans, product / service photographs and supporting materials (if any).
• All the hard copy as per application checklist to be couriered to:

• A non-refundable processing fee of RM900 (for local enterprises) or RM1800
(for foreign enterprises) per application is payable upon submission or application
and one complimentary seat for Commendation Ceremony is provided.
